All LTC cheesecakes and other confections are best when refrigerated or frozen for no more than 7 days. If you choose to freeze your cravings, when you desire to eat it we recommend that when it is removed from the freezer that you thaw overnight in the refrigerator and present only when ready to serve. LTC does not use preservatives, so our confections are extremely temperature sensitive.

4. How Can I Check My e-Goodie Gift Card Balance?
All balances may be verified on the LTC PayPal processing center. All details are easily accessed and self explanatory within the e-Goodie Gift Card email that his received by the recipient. 7. Are International Orders Accepted?
Unfortunately we only accept orders for home or business delivery within the United States. We are unable to ship to APO or FPO military addresses, U.S. Territories or international delivery locations.
8. On What Days Of The Week Does LTC Ship Orders?
LTC ships its orders by 2-day Air, Monday - Friday. Expedited shipments are available for an additional fee. Please note that we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays.
The customer decides the shipping method and arrival date during the checkout process. Shipment method options available are based upon the order destination zip code and desired delivery date. Cheesecakes are frozen and packed individually in a customized container. In order to deliver our cheesecake products in accordance with our Fresh Approach guarantee to you, we require delivery within two days of shipment from our distribution location. If you are shipping cheesecakes to destinations experiencing high daytime temperatures we recommend that you ship your cheesecake via overnight delivery.
9. How Are Cheesecakes Containing Fruit and/or Toppings Shipped?
PLEASE NOTE THAT CAKES CONTAINING TOPPINGS are shipped with the fruit placed in a separate container, not spread onto the top of the cake.
10. What If There Are Multiple Shipping Recipients?
You may send an order to more than one recipient at a time. As you add items to your shopping basket you will be asked to select a delivery address. Select "add an address" and you will be presented with a screen to add the new delivery address. The new address will be stored in your "My Account" pages for future use.
11. What Are My Payment Options?
We accept MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Discover and Diner's Club which can be securely entered on our site through PayPal. All prices are listed in US currency. Electronic checks (e-Checks) are conveniently processed online at check out through PayPal as well. At checkout your total price includes the cake, FedEx 1-2 Day Air shipping, packaging and handling fees. Sales tax, where applicable, is also included in the final amount of your order.
12. I Just Placed My Order Online - How Will I Know If It Was Received?
You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after placing your order. Please keep this order confirmation number and refer to it should you need to contact us. A FedEx tracking # will also be included in your email.

If we are unable to deliver what you have ordered on the timeline requested, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to confirm when the order will be in stock. For this reason, it is important that you remember to include your e-mail address and telephone number on every order.
